Tick, tick, tick...
I am so tired. I was up quite late working on a Christmas gift, it's now noon and I haven't done anything today except try and guess what Connor is yelling at...and the game goes on. I have soooo much to do before tomorrow night, I'm not quite sure how I will get it all done. We're heading to Moncton to greet my siblings at the Airport and the clock is ticking in my head like a giant bomb, ready to explode at any minute. All that's keeping me going is knowing that I will have three people in the house who haven't seen Connor in a long time so the yelling game will be new to them. Thank you Lord...

Say Mum
Today, I looked at my dog Jessie and said "Say Mum mum mum mum mum". I'm not even kidding you.
...what is wrong with me?

Look who's NOT talking
Connor's new thing is pointing. Pointing to everything and nothing. He points and he yells. Points, points, points. Yells, yells, yells. But when you try to guess what it is that he wants - you are never right! He just pushes it away and points and yells some more for something else (or nothing else??).
When is it that kids are supposed to start talking? I think NOW would be a good time...

Recipe: Worlds easiest and tastiest meatballs
I don't know about your kids, but feeding my kid meat is harder then trying not to shop for myself while doing my Christmas shopping for others. Thank god for these meatballs. Connor absolutely devours them every time I make them.
And the adults will love 'em too...
What goes in it
1/2 pound hamburg
1 egg (I don't use quite the whole egg)
2/3 cup soda crackers, crushed
dash pepper
dash garlic powder
dash onion powder
What you do with it
Mix ingredients together, make balls, cook on plate in microwave until no longer pink (5-6 minutes). Drain fat.
Sauce
1/2 cup apple jelly (any jelly will do)
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Mix sauce ingredients together in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Let simmer on low heat for 2 and a half minutes. Add meatballs and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes (until soaked through).
Enjoy!
